Job summary

PT PHC Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in West Java. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs while supporting payroll, payroll-related welfare, and employee relations in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Law/Management/HR, at least 4 years in HR, fluent English, strong leadership, and solid experience with HRIS and MS Office. BNSP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Law/Management/HR.
• 4+ years of HR experience, especially in recruitment/talent acquisition, people development, IR, payroll.
• Proven experience as HR Supervisor or similar role.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
• BNSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding and new hire induction.
• Manage people development and training, including promotions and rotations.
• Handle industrial relations and employee relations, including renewal of CLA and government matters.
• Support payroll, BPJS and other welfare management.

Job description

Having at least bachelor’s degree in reputable university majoring Law/Management/HR (S1)

Fluent in English, both oral and written

Having a good knowledge of MS Office

Proven work experience as HR Supervisor or similar role with at least 4 years’ experience in HR Department especially with Recruitment/talent acquisition, people development, industrial relation, payroll.

Understand HR Cycle, adaptive with various kind of people and aware about business update

Experience using HR system

Having BNSP certificate is a plus point
