Job summary

PT PASIFIK MULTIRASA INDONESIA is seeking an HR professional focused on onboarding and offboarding and delivering HR services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related fields and about 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or FnB as a generalist or HR officer.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Talenta KPI), with knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, benefits administration, and basic recruitment.
