Job summary

THE JITTLADA ROYAL THAI CUISINE in Indonesia is seeking an HR General Affairs professional to assist recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations across the F&B group. You will maintain personnel records, support payroll, and help implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Collaboration with multiple restaurants and departments is essential, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2 years of HR or GA experience.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labour law.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
• Strong organization and confidentiality.

Job description

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees across F&B operations, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring processes

Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and local regulations

Maintain and update personnel records, employee databases, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programmes

Support payroll administration and benefits processing, working closely with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate payments

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the F&B sector

Handle general affairs functions, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination

Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning

Coordinate company events, team building activities, and employee engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies across all HR operations

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

2 years of experience in HR or General Affairs roles, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and employment regulations

Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)

Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with strong written and verbal abilities

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and all levels of staff

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-service oriented approach

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR best practices is highly desirable
