PT Peoplyee Tech Indonesia is seeking a proactive HR & General Affairs Administrator to manage recruitment, attendance, timekeeping, BPJS procedures, payroll support, and office operations in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in HR/GA, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong Japanese (JLPT N3) and English skills, with experience in start-up environments.
Manage recruitment, employee attendance, timekeeping, labor administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and support the implementation and administration of human resources policies and procedures.
Handle BPJS procedures and administration while supporting payroll-related activities.
Oversee general office administration, company documents, contracts, office supplies, equipment, and company vehicles.
Provide administrative support for foreigner employees and coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and business partners.
Support company establishment activities and the setup and launch of the new Jakarta office.
Coordinate office facilities, equipment, supplies, administrative processes, and government-related procedures.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operation of the office.
Perform other Human Resources, General Affairs, and office administration duties based on operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree any major.
Language: Japanese proficiency of at least JLPT N3, with strong conversational and reading skills.
Language: Business-level English proficiency for email correspondence and daily conversations.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a start-up environment.
Practical experience in recruitment, employee and labor management, BPJS procedures, and payroll support is preferred.
Experience supporting Japanese person is preferred.
Experience in company establishment or office setup is preferred.
Professional certification from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) is preferred.
Driver Licence: Valid motorcycle driving licence.
