Job summary

Divino Gili Air, a boutique hotel, seeks a proactive HR Specialist to manage our human resources operations on site. You will oversee full recruitment, onboarding, employee contracts, BPJS health and employment, and monthly payroll.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, hands-on HRIS experience, and excellent communication and confidentiality. You will help maintain HR policies and ensure hotel SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as HR Specialist / HR Generalist
• Experience in hospitality/hotel industry preferred
• Proficient in recruitment, payroll, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle employee contracts, warnings, references
• Process monthly payroll via HRIS
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
• Maintain HR policies and confidentiality

We are a boutique hotel seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage our human resources operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding for all hotel departments

Manage employee contracts, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, warning letters, and employee certificates / reference letters

Process monthly payroll via HRIS, manage employee database, and handle PPh 21 tax reporting

Ensure compliance with company regulations, hotel SOPs, and Indonesian labor laws

Maintain HR policies and employee discipline

About you

Minimum 2 years experience as HR Specialist / HR Generalist, preferably from hospitality / hotel industry

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21

Familiar with HRIS system

Well-versed in Indonesian labor law and HR compliance

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential data

Good communication and interpersonal skills
