PT PASIFIK MULTIRASA INDONESIA is seeking an HR professional focused on onboarding and offboarding and delivering HR services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related fields and about 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or FnB as a generalist or HR officer.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Talenta KPI), with knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, benefits administration, and basic recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years HR experience, preferably in Hospitality or FnB Generalist or HR officer role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Talenta KPI).
• Knowledge in Indonesian labor law and HR compliance, Payroll and benefits administration and Basic recruitment and selection techniques.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
