Job summary

PT Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee HR administration, record-keeping, and benefits management in a busy Jakarta office.

The role includes attendance monitoring, employee relations, safety training, and driving engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture. Fluent English and proficiency in SAP/Canva are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR.
• Knowledgeable of basic HRM function and general administration.
• Experience in operation HRIS application system.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Canva.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Administration and documentation, maintaining employee records and HR documents up to date.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, administer benefits, and prepare periodic HR reports.
• Manage relationships between the organization and its employees, addressing concerns and promoting a positive culture.
• Design and implement Employee Engagement Programs to foster commitment and motivation.
• Implement safety policies, conduct training, address workplace hazards, and promote well-being.
• Support HR projects and perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR.

Managing relationships between the organization and its employee by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.

Designing and implementing Employee Engagement Programs that foster commitment, motivation, and involvement among employees.

Implement safety policies, conduct training, and address workplace hazards. Maintain accident records and promote employee well being through health initiatives.

Support HR Projects and perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
