Toko Bakmi Kita seeks a proactive HR Recruitment Staff to manage end-to-end recruitment across outlets and departments in Serang. You will handle job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection, coordinating with managers to fulfill manpower needs.

You will build a strong talent pool for critical roles, oversee onboarding, and monitor recruiting performance. Experience in F&B/hospitality and excellent communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology/Human Resources/Management).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Recruitment experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented.
