Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of non-inventory items (equipment, supplies, furniture).

• Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities

Manage procurement of non-inventory items, including equipment, operational supplies, furniture, and maintenance materials.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and quality.

Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.

Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor performance evaluations.

About you

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.

Good understanding of purchasing procedures and procurement documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.

Willing to be based in Serang, Banten, and travel between Toko Bakmi Kita outlets as needed.
