You will build a strong talent pool for critical roles, oversee onboarding, and monitor recruiting performance. Experience in F&B/hospitality and excellent communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology/Human Resources/Management).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Recruitment experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for critical positions.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
• Monitor recruitment performance, hiring timelines, and candidate quality.
• Support employee training and performance evaluation processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover.
