Job summary

Aeon Delight Indonesia (PT. Sinar Jernih Sarana) is hiring a Recruitment Associate to support high-volume recruitment and training delivery across our Bali operations.

The role targets sourcing candidates, designing training modules, and delivering classroom and OJT sessions for zero collar and blue collar staff. You will apply adult learning principles, facilitate trainings, and coordinate with clients to align content with SLAs, while traveling to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Recruitment, Trainer, Learning & Development, or Operational Trainer (IFM/Outsourcing preferred).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience delivering training for operational workforce (cleaning, security, engineering, etc.).
• Able to create structured training modules and engaging presentation materials.
• Good presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Willing to travel and conduct training at multiple sites/locations.

Responsibilities
