Job summary

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia seeks a dedicated bilingual HR professional to bridge communications with Mandarin-speaking staff while managing HR operations in payroll, attendance, and HRIS.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, strong knowledge of PPh21, and handling confidential data with precision. You will collaborate with management to ensure smooth HR processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience working with HRIS, payroll processing, and attendance systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPh21.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS database.
• Process end-to-end monthly payroll and attendance data on time.
• Calculate and ensure PPh21 income tax compliance for employees.
• Facilitate clear communication between management and Mandarin-speaking staff.
• Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
