Job summary

PT Tiga Warna Primer is seeking a competent HR Mandarin Speaker to support our manufacturing operations in Tangerang. You will manage recruitment and employee administration, handle attendance, payroll, and BPJS, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labour regulations.

The role requires active Mandarin proficiency, the ability to coordinate with management, local staff, and Chinese expatriates, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. On-site in Tangerang, immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Mandarin language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience in HR/HRD is an added value.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, employee administration, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and Indonesian labour regulations.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with management and local employees as well as Chinese expatriates.
