Job summary

You will align HR strategy with corporate goals, oversee organizational development, succession planning, and performance systems, and advise senior leaders on people decisions that affect profitability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in relevant fields such as Psychology, Law, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 8–10 years HR experience, or 3–5 years in managerial/strategic HR roles.

Minimum S1 education in relevant fields such as Psychology, Law, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR, or 3–5 years in managerial/strategic HR positions
