Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources in a leading beauty and personal care company. You will report to the General Manager and shape the talent strategy across acquisition, development, performance management, and compliance.

You will design policies, drive recruitment, manage onboarding and development programs, and partner with leadership to improve engagement and productivity, while ensuring full legal compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar HR management role, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven track record in implementing HR strategies to drive engagement and productivity.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field is an advantage.

As the HR Manager at a leading company in the beauty and personal care industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizations human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee development to performance management and compliance.
