You will align HR strategy with corporate goals, oversee organizational development, succession planning, and performance systems, and advise senior leaders on people decisions that affect profitability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in relevant fields such as Psychology, Law, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 8–10 years HR experience, or 3–5 years in managerial/strategic HR roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to management in leading strategic HR management.
• Ensure organizational structure, talent, competencies, performance management, work culture, and HR policies align with strategy and business needs.
• Drive HR management with direct impact on profitability and sustainability.
• Serve as strategic advisor to management levels beyond operational scope.
