Job summary

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage (F&B).

• Strong orientation toward HR technology, applications, process digitalization, and system-based workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong capability in coaching, employee development, and people management, balanced with discipline and accountability.
