Job summary

BVR GROUP ASIA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to align HR strategy with Bali-based business goals. You will lead recruitment, staff development, and performance systems to drive growth and engagement.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is preferred.

Job description

Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and sustainable business growth.

Promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning across all organizational levels.

Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent.

Drive employee development through structured training programs, coaching, and career progression planning.

Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems to ensure accountability, productivity, and measurable results.

Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to leadership by providing effective HR solutions aligned with business goals.

Balance employee well-being with organizational priorities while safeguarding company interests.

Oversee employee relations, regulatory compliance, and conflict resolution processes in a fair, consistent, and efficient manner.

Initiate and implement programs that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and core value alignment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
