Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within Indonesia or a multicultural environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in a PT PMA or similar international corporate environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team and help drive our people strategy in a growing, multicultural setting.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive work culture.

HR Policy & Compliance

• Oversee the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal PT PMA requirements.

Performance Management & Development

• Manage performance appraisal processes and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic HR initiatives.

Administrative & HR Operations

• Working alongside HR Admin to maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reports for management.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain and organize BPJS Kesehatan using the Edabu application and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan via SIPP online, including managing the system for employee onboarding and offboarding (in and out processes).
• Provide training on these systems for new users as needed.

Qualifications
