Job summary

About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Batam Riau Islands, Indonesia. you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's human resource functions and contributing to the organisation's overall success.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management


• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations


• Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workforce planning


• Administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave management systems


• Conducting HR audits and generating reports to identify areas for improvement


• Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development initiatives


• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Coordinate thepaperwork of VITAS, KITAS, work permit, and other immigration-related processes, while liaising with the relevant government authorities and external agencies.


• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, mandarin will be a plus
