Heart Troops, a growing modest fashion brand based in Jakarta, is seeking a proactive HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and various HR initiatives. This hands-on role provides exposure to sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and HR administration in a dynamic SME environment.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or students from Psychology or HR-related fields, eager to learn, organized, and comfortable coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student in Psychology/HR/Management or related field.
• Strong interest in HR, especially recruitment and people development.
• Comfortable with handling people, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a dynamic SME environment.
• Willing to learn across different business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring administration.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking candidate pipelines.
• Support HR administrative activities and documentation across various HR functions.
• Assist in developing and improving HR processes, workflows, and documentation as the business grows.
• Conduct research and provide support for HR-related initiatives and improvements.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and operational tasks based on business needs.
