Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or students from Psychology or HR-related fields, eager to learn, organized, and comfortable coordinating with stakeholders.

Heart Troops is a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully crafted pieces based in Jakarta.

We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and various HR initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment and multiple HR functions in a growing SME environment, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable and enjoys building processes.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring administration.

Assist in preparing recruitment reports, tracking candidate pipelines, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Support HR administrative activities and documentation across various HR functions.

Assist in developing and improving HR processes, workflows, and documentation as the business grows.

Conduct research and provide support for HR‑related initiatives and improvements.

Support ad hoc HR projects and operational tasks based on business needs.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or student with no active classes from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields, preferably from top national university (PTN).

Strong interest in Human Resources, especially recruitment and people development.

Comfortable with handling people, communication, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Detail‑oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic SME environment with evolving priorities.

Demonstrates strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn across different business functions.

Available for a 3–6 month internship (full WFO @Tebet, Jakarta Selatan)
