Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate in HR, psychology, business administration, or related fields.
• Available for at least 6-month internship.
• Passionate about recruitment and HR operations.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening and interviews.
• Maintain accurate people data and generate reports.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and suggest automation or simplification.
• Stay updated on roles and functions within the company.
• Collaborate across HR, Recruitment, and Coordination teams.
