Job summary

Carousell Group Indonesia is offering a 6-month HR internship in Jakarta Barat aimed at active university students. You will learn and contribute to HR initiatives, employer branding, and recruitment support across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, in a hybrid setup.

You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and events with mentorship from regional HR professionals and exposure to AI-powered tools in a dynamic ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Active university students available to commit for 6 months internship.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Interest in human resources and people management.
• Collaborative with ability to communicate effectively across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Positive attitude and solution oriented, and able to think innovatively.
• Enthusiastic about AI and automation; knowledge-sharing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
• Passionate about e-commerce, omnichannel, and technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support in HR projects such as developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate to develop and execute employer branding strategies on social media and the careers website; organize branding events.
• Assist the regional recruitment process; job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support HR project planning, execution, policy development, and employee engagement activities.
• Work with different teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
• Help plan and execute HR-related events as employee engagement projects.
