Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in HRM or Psychology.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
