Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in HR generalist or administrative role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational HR support.
• Assist recruitment: postings, screenings, interviews, background checks.
• Process onboarding documentation and conduct orientations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and confidential files.
• Administer benefits, leave, and welfare programs.
• Support payroll data collection and timekeeping verification.
• Prepare HR reports and analyses as required.
• Answer HR policy and benefits inquiries from staff.
• Support performance management and documentation.
• Coordinate HR events, training, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
