Job summary

PT META INERTIA INDONESIA is seeking an HRGA Generalist to independently manage the company’s HR and GA functions in a small, fast-moving team based in Tangerang. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, people operations, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.

You will handle attendance, payroll, statutory filings, on- and offboarding, and ensure data accuracy while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR/HRGA experience.
• Hands-on recruitment and interviewing experience.
• Strong ownership and accountability to identify, investigate, and solve problems.
• Strong logical and systematic thinking with a drive to improve processes.
• Fast learner who can turn answers into action.
• Comfortable with AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to close the loop.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit day-to-day recruitment and screening to ensure strong candidates.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, THR, and core employee data.
