Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in agricultural or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, data confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Aufgaben

• Assist recruitment: post ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
• Prepare onboarding documents and conduct new-hire orientations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records with data integrity.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and leaves.
• Support payroll by collecting and verifying timekeeping and leave data.
• Assist in HR reports and analyses as required.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Support performance management and track reviews.
• Coordinate HR events, trainings, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
