PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi, a system integrator for electrical systems, seeks an HRGA professional at its headquarter in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS, and HR documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive workplace.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in HRD, strong HR knowledge, and BPJS experience. The position requires leadership and the ability to drive HR strategy within a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of HRD experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
• Experience with BPJS and Indonesian labor law

Mansioni

• Create and present quarterly HRGA strategic plan to superior and implementation
• Lead end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding
• Develop employee development program plans and review schedules
• Manage payroll, BPJS, and tax obligations (PPh 21) and regulatory compliance
• Handle employee administration and HR documentation
• Oversee assets, inventory, and procurement for cost efficiency
• Address grievances to maintain a positive working environment
