Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and the employee lifecycle within an Indonesian team. The role includes handling contracts, changes in employee status, onboarding, and offboarding, while maintaining HR data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations, and proficiency with HRIS and Excel/Sheets. BPJS administration and payroll inputs are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR/Generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and payroll inputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from planning to onboarding.
• Oversee employee lifecycle: contracts, status changes, transfers, promotions, extensions, offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Administer BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
