Job summary

PT KOMITRANDO EMPORIO in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta, is seeking an HR Generalist to lead HR operations, employee relations, labor compliance, and workforce administration. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day HR challenges.

The role emphasizes PKWT management, PP regulations updates, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, WLKP reporting, and wage scale structures, with responsibilities spanning contract administration to audits and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong, proactive work attitude with execution focus.
• Detail-oriented with hands-on HR task experience.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (PKWT, severance, PP updates).
• Experience managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, WLKP reporting, and wage scales.
• Audit readiness with organized employee data for external audits.
• Proficient in HR forms, leave, travel requests, and Google Drive databases.
• Excellent communication with government agencies, unions, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Manage and process PKWT including calculation and distribution of PKWT compensations.
• Legal Compliance: Update and manage Company Regulations.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare and organize comprehensive HR documentation for audits.
• Employee Relations: Manage LKSB - Bipartite and PPKS.
• Training & Development: Update materials and conduct New Employee Orientation, and coordinate Supervisor training.
• General Administration: Manage warning letters, employment certificates, and resignation documents.
• Operational Support: Handle domestic needs such as uniforms, ATK, and overtime meals.
