Job summary

Fleetify.ID, an Indonesia-based tech startup, seeks an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. You will handle HRIS inputs, attendance, leave, and payroll data while supporting HR policies and SOP development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 0–2 years of HCGA/HR Operations experience, with strong communication and confidentiality skills. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HCGA, HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Experienced in end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and HR Generalist.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR SOPs and policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle: contracts, status changes, transfers, promotions, extensions, offboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs using HRIS.
• Provide administrative and operational support for various Human Capital functions and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower needs, employee evaluation, and HR policies.

Manage the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, employee status changes, transfers, promotions, contract extensions, and offboarding.

Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs using HRIS.

Provide administrative and operational support for various Human Capital functions and continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with management regarding manpower needs, employee evaluation, and HR policies.

Job Qualifiaction

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HCGA, HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.

Experienced in end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and HR Generalist.

Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
