Job summary

PT KOMITRANDO EMPORIO in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta, is seeking an HR Generalist to lead HR operations, employee relations, labor compliance, and workforce administration. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day HR challenges.

The role emphasizes PKWT management, PP regulations updates, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, WLKP reporting, and wage scale structures, with responsibilities spanning contract administration to audits and training coordination.

• Excellent communication with government agencies, unions, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Manage and process PKWT including calculation and distribution of PKWT compensations.
• Legal Compliance: Update and manage Company Regulations.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare and organize comprehensive HR documentation for audits.
• Employee Relations: Manage LKSB - Bipartite and PPKS.
• Training & Development: Update materials and conduct New Employee Orientation, and coordinate Supervisor training.
• General Administration: Manage warning letters, employment certificates, and resignation documents.
• Operational Support: Handle domestic needs such as uniforms, ATK, and overtime meals.

Job Qualifications:

Attitude & Work Ethic:

Must possess a strong, positive work attitude (good attitude) and a highly proactive, "can-do" mindset with a strong readiness to execute and complete hands‑on operational HR tasks.

Labor Law Expertise:

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, specifically regarding PKWT terms, severance pay calculations, and Company Regulations (PP) updates.

Compliance Experience:

Proven experience in managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, WLKP reporting, and Wage Scale Structures.

Audit Readiness:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to compile, file, and track extensive employee data required for external audits.

Administrative Proficiency:

Familiarity with managing HR forms (leave, business trips) and maintaining digital databases via Google Drive.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication skills required to coordinate with government agencies (Disnaker), labor unions (Bipartite), and external vendors.

Attention to Detail:

High accuracy in daily reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
