Job summary

Hongkong Xiqi International is seeking an HR Business Partner to deeply support overseas business teams in Indonesia. You will understand business strategy, design organizational structures, and drive improvements in effectiveness and capability building.

The role requires strong business acumen, Indonesian with Chinese as working language, plus data analysis and collaboration with leaders. fintech/ platform industry experience is a plus and international team support is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; major in HRM, Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
• Prior HRBP experience preferred; experience supporting business departments.
• Strong business acumen with ability to engage with business leaders; familiar with recruitment, performance, talent development, organizational development.
• Native in Indonesian; proficiency in Chinese as a working language.
• Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking.
• Experience in fintech, internet, or platform-based companies is a big plus.
• Experience supporting international teams is a big plus.
• Experience participating in organizational change or business transformation projects is a big plus.
