The Pawhigh is looking for an HR Generalist to be the go-to person for all HR matters in our Bali office. You will handle recruitment, payroll support, and HR administration while collaborating with management on strategy.

Previous HR experience (min. 2 years), plus familiarity with Indonesian labour law.
Handle employee data, contracts, and HR administration.
Manage recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Help implement HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
