Job summary

PT Luxfeline Global Technology mencari Asisten Operasi Shop Commerce yang fasih Mandarin untuk mengelola operasi toko online di berbagai marketplace di Indonesia. Posisi ini melibatkan komunikasi antara tim Indonesia dengan manajemen berbahasa Mandarin, penerjemahan, dan pengelolaan listing produk.

Anda akan memantau inventaris, memproses pesanan, dan berkontribusi pada kampanye iklan serta kemitraan afiliasi.

Qualifications

• Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK; Diploma atau sarjana diutamakan.
• Pengalaman kerja 1 tahun di operasi e-commerce atau terjemahan/dutanngan.
• Familiar dengan Seller Center di Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok Shop/Lazada.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola operasi harian toko online di berbagai marketplace.
• Menghubungkan tim Indonesia dengan manajemen berbahasa Mandarin, pemasok, dan desainer.
• Menerjemahkan dokumen, informasi produk, dan instruksi antara Mandarin dan Indonesia/Bahasa Inggris.
• Memberi interpretasi lisan dalam rapat atau komunikasi harian bila diperlukan.
• Mengunggah dan memperbarui listing produk (judul, deskripsi, harga, variasi).
• Memantau inventaris dan berkoordinasi dengan gudang untuk menjaga data stok akurat.
• Memproses pesanan, cetak label pengiriman, melacak pengiriman, dan menangani retur/keluhan.
• Membantu menjalankan iklan marketplace (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads), promosi, voucher, dan kampanye.
• Mendukung kemitraan afiliasi dan kreator.
• Menyusun laporan rutin tentang penjualan, inventaris, dan kinerja toko.

Assistant Operations Shop Commerce (Mandarin Speaker)

Company: PT Luxfeline Global Technology
Location: Baywalk Mall, Pluit, North Jakarta | Onsite
Salary: IDR 10,000,000 – 12,000,000/month (Negotiable)

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of online stores across multiple marketplaces.

Act as the communication bridge between our Indonesian team and Mandarin-speaking management, suppliers, and designers.

Translate documents, product information, and instructions between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.

Provide oral interpretation in meetings and daily communication when needed.

Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, prices, variations).

Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to keep stock data accurate.

Process orders, print shipping labels, track shipments, and handle returns and customer complaints.

Help run marketplace ads (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads), promotions, vouchers, and campaigns.

Support affiliate and creator partnerships.

Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.

Minimum high school/vocational school diploma; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, online store administration, or translation/interpreting (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).

Familiar with Seller Center on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and/or Lazada.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work toward targets.

Good communication skills and a strong team player.

Willing to work from monday to saturday.

Competitive salary: IDR 10–12 million/month
