Job summary

PT META INERTIA INDONESIA is seeking an HRGA Generalist to independently manage the company’s HR and GA functions in a small, fast-moving team based in Tangerang. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, people operations, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.

You will handle attendance, payroll, statutory filings, on- and offboarding, and ensure data accuracy while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

Job description

META is a growing e-commerce company based in Tangerang, operating multiple consumer brands across platforms including TikTok Shop and Shopee.

We are looking for an HRGA Generalist to independently manage the company’s HR and GA function. This is a hands‑on role in a small and fast‑moving team.

Responsibilities

1.Recruitment

Own day‑to‑day recruitment and take responsibility for early‑stage candidate screening and assessment, ensuring that candidates who move forward are strong and relevant to the role.

2.People Operations

Manage attendance, leave, payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, THR, and core employee data.

Continuously use tools such as Lark, AI, and Excel/Google Sheets to standardize, systemize, and automate repetitive, rule‑based work.

3.Employee Lifecycle

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contract and salary changes, and offboarding, ensuring that important actions are completed accurately and on time.

4.HR Administration & Employee Relations

Manage essential HR documentation, policy implementation, day‑to‑day employee matters, and basic employment compliance.

Manage company assets, office equipment, workplace facilities, vendors, and other GA matters. Other team members will support physical execution; this role is responsible for management, coordination, and results.

What We Are Looking For

2-5 years of experience in HR / HRGA;

Hands‑on recruitment and interviewing experience, with strong judgment of candidates;

Strong ownership and agency — able to independently identify, investigate, and solve problems;

Strong logical and systematic thinking, with a natural tendency to improve processes rather than rely on repetitive manual work;

Fast learner who can find reliable answers and turn them into action when facing unfamiliar problems;

Comfortable with AI and digital tools, and willing to actively use them to improve efficiency;

Reliable, detail‑oriented, and strong at closing the loop;

Working proficiency in English.
