About the RoleAs an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing and improving our people processes across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement & Retention. You’ll work closely with our Co-Founders and managers to support the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.This role requires someone who is hands‑on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive timely and cost-efficient hiring while maintaining a high quality of hire.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Performance Management
  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of the company's performance management framework.
  • Drive company-wide goal setting and performance review cycles.
  • Partner with managers to align performance expectations and facilitate meaningful performance discussions.
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on performance-related actions.
• Employee Retention
  • Drive strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, with a focus on retaining high-performing employees.
  • Define and strengthen the company's culture and employee experience initiatives in partnership with leadership.
  • Monitor engagement and retention metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR budget allocation for people initiatives and support strategic people decisions with the Co-Founders and leadership team.
