Dealls (YC W22) is seeking an HR Generalist to own end-to-end people operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and engagement. You will partner with teams at Dealls and related ventures to scale processes that support fast growth while maintaining a strong people-first culture.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR operations or generalist roles, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information in a dynamic startup setting.

About the Role

You’ll be the backbone of our People operations — ensuring smooth execution across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement. As HR Generalist, you’ll work across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita, supporting teams that are scaling fast and shaping how our people grow with the company.

What You’ll Do
