Job summary

Binacitra Kharisma Lestari is seeking a proactive HR Generalist with General Affairs experience to support day-to-day HR and GA operations, helping create a positive employee experience and keep workplaces running smoothly across Indonesia.

You will lead recruitment for Head Office and Store Operations, coordinate appraisals and development, manage contracts and payroll related tasks, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and visit stores as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist/GA experience; hands-on GA.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Experience with employee documentation: contracts, promotions, transfers, disciplinary records.
• Familiarity with payroll, attendance, overtime, BPJS, and HRIS.
• Experience managing assets, facilities, and coordinating with vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with managers and store ops.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across HR and GA.
• Confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for Head Office and Store Operations within plans and budgets.
• Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs on time.
• Review and update job descriptions to reflect business needs.
• Develop role competency frameworks to support recruitment and development.
• Develop HR development plans aligned with growth.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and promotions, transfers, coaching.
• Manage employee records, contracts, terminations, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and policies.
• Handle industrial relations and resolve employment disputes.
• Support HR SOP monitoring and store visits across Indonesia.
• Monitor turnover, absenteeism, discipline, productivity, engagement.
• Act as HR partner to Head of Operations & Sales.
• Ensure payroll processing, attendance, overtime, leave, BPJS.
• Prepare HR reports on turnover and costs.
• Manage company assets, inventory, facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Support office operations and vendor relations.
