Responsibilities

• Manage and update employee data, personnel files, employment contracts, correspondence, and other human resources documents.
• Monitor fixed-term employment contracts and probation periods, including reminders and supporting documentation.
• Manage attendance, lateness, leave, sick leave, overtime, and payroll-related data.
• Support recruitment activities, including curriculum vitae screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
• Support employee onboarding, including document preparation and company orientation.
• Administer BPJS: Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan and update employee information.
• Support training, employee evaluations, competency records, and development documentation.
• Manage employee offboarding administration, including clearance and company asset returns.
• Assist in preparing and updating standard operating procedures, forms, company regulations, and human resources documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding human resources and general affairs matters while maintaining confidentiality.
