Job summary

PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee lifecycle and documentation.

You will work on Indonesian labor compliance, BPJS, and PPh 21, vendor coordination, and GA tasks while supporting managers on people matters. Strong Excel/Sheets and professional English are required.

On-site role with a collaborative team in a growing pet-nutrition company across SE Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably as a generalist.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Experience in recruitment and basic contract drafting.
• Comfortable with GA tasks such as vendor coordination and procurement.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offers, and onboard new hires.
• Manage the employee lifecycle: probation reviews, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Prepare payroll inputs, BPJS, and PPh 21 data, and coordinate with Finance on payroll and incentives.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, company policies, and employee documentation in line with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Maintain employee data and HR records accurately in our HRIS and Feishu.
• Manage General Affairs: office facilities, assets, procurement, and vendors (e.g., cleaning service, uniforms, vehicle rental).
• Support managers on people matters and handle day-to-day employee questions.
