Job summary

PT. Salim Andalan Paramita in Tangerang, Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations.

The role includes developing personnel procedures, policy interpretation, payroll, benefits, training, and compliance with regulations, with on-site visits to production areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or related field.
• Proven 1-2 years of working experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Familiar with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless & positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Developing and implementing personnel procedures and policies, along with providing guidance and interpretation to support business operations.
• Participate in developing HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
• Overseeing benefits, compensation, payroll administration and employee performance initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures as needed.
• Managing employee engagement and workplace communication.
• Willing to conduct on-site visits to the production area as needed.

Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
