Job summary

PT DyKa Konsultama is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a leading ICT company. This role covers workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, performance management, and HR operations.

You will partner with managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives, handle end-to-end recruitment, and drive engagement and development across the organization. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in HR, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Adaptable, resilient, diligent and detail-oriented.
• Reliable and accountable with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Monitor workforce plans, recruitment, onboarding, and employee release timelines to support operational needs

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding

Identify capability gaps and coordinate training and employee development plans

Support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen teamwork and organizational climate

Coordinate performance management activities and follow up on completion

Provide HR guidance to employees and management

Support HR administration, reporting, and daily operations

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major

At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
