Job summary

PT DyKa Konsultama is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a leading ICT company. This role covers workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, performance management, and HR operations.

You will partner with managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives, handle end-to-end recruitment, and drive engagement and development across the organization. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in HR, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Adaptable, resilient, diligent and detail-oriented.
• Reliable and accountable with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor workforce plans, recruitment, onboarding, and employee release timelines to support operational needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate training and employee development plans.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen teamwork and organizational climate.
• Coordinate performance management activities and follow up on completion.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management.
• Support HR administration, reporting and daily operations.
