Job summary

Tribe Bali Kuta Beach, part of AccorHotels Indonesia, seeks an experienced F&B leader to oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives. You will lead Restaurant, Bar, Conference & Events and In-Room Dining teams with a hands-on, service-first approach.

The role requires strong people leadership, the ability to manage multiple outlets, and a proactive mindset to develop business opportunities while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring service is seamless, consistent and aligned with brand standards.
• Providing visible, hands-on leadership across restaurant, bar, Conference & Events and In-Room Dining operations.
• Leading and supporting Supervisors and operational team members, setting clear expectations and building a culture of accountability, teamwork and service excellence.
• Build and execute sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for F&B outlets, group dining, and private events.
