Job summary

Tribe Bali Kuta Beach, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced F&B leader to oversee daily operations across all outlets and drive service excellence. You will lead restaurant, bar, events and In-Room Dining, ensuring seamless, brand-aligned experiences for guests.

You will manage Supervisors and teams, fostering accountability and a culture of teamwork, while developing strategies to grow revenue and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort setting.

• Providing visible, hands-on leadership across restaurant, bar, Conference & Events and In-Room Dining operations.
• Leading and supporting Supervisors and operational team members, setting clear expectations and building a culture of accountability, teamwork and service excellence.
• Build and execute sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for F & B outlets, group dining, and private events
