Andaz Bali is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to ensure smooth operation of all outlets and banquets in line with hotel standards. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid grasp of budget management within a luxury hotel context.

Indonesian eligibility applies, with emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service and teamwork in a culturally rich setting at Bali's beachfront resort.

Formación

• Having at least 2 years experience in luxury hotel operations in the same position.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
