• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in a Beach Club, Lifestyle Resort, Luxury Resort, or high-volume F&B operation is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
• Proven track record in driving business performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, team development, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willing to be based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure service excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and operational objectives aligned with business goals.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and operational expenses.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions, upselling initiatives, events, and guest engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and hotel operational standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop F&B team members to maximize performance and service quality.
• Establish and maintain service standards across all restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and banquet operations.
• Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and support resort-wide objectives.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management review.
• Ensure effective inventory control, purchasing procedures, and supplier relationship management.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
