Tribe Bali Kuta Beach, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced F&B leader to oversee daily operations across all outlets and drive service excellence. You will lead restaurant, bar, events and In-Room Dining, ensuring seamless, brand-aligned experiences for guests.

You will manage Supervisors and teams, fostering accountability and a culture of teamwork, while developing strategies to grow revenue and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort setting.

• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence overseeing multiple outlets and managing competing operational priorities.
• Proactive approach to driving new business and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of all F&B outlets to ensure seamless, brand-aligned service.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across restaurant, bar, events and In-Room Dining.
• Lead Supervisors and teams, set clear expectations and foster accountability and service excellence.
• Build and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets for F&B outlets, group dining and private events.
